Ken-l ration Fido Dog lamp Light not working parts repair

Ken-l ration lamp. not working parts repair.
Missing the cap from the dogs head. No shade. Switch is not working. Some paint loss from whites of eyes. Black base paint is good with some wear. I removed the original bottom cardboard to check the wiring and took a photo. Wiring is good , inside and out. There is no shorting. I plugged it in with no problem, the three way rotary switch is not working. One is available on eBay for about . Not perfect but a nice repair project for a rare advertising promotional piece .
